Nationwide Concrete Flooring has recently completed the installation of new concrete floor slabs for a new production facility in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
The concrete slabs consisted of three different levels, which were all cast in one single day, utilising a mobile concrete pump and Somero Copperhead 3.0 XD laser screed concrete levelling machine. The Somero Copperhead concrete laying machine is the ideal piece of concreting equipment for such projects where access is awkward and machinery must be light enough to be lifted onto multiple decks.
The Readymixed concrete supplied by Breedon Aggregates local batching plant had to be suitably designed in order to pump long distances through the tubes of the mobile concrete pump.
