Before the internal floor slab was laid
Nationwide Concrete Flooring are pleased to have completed the new concrete floor slab at the former Dunston shipbuilder’s yard in Hessle, near Hull. The area of 1,800 square metres was concreted in just one day using our laser screed concrete laying system and fibre reinforced ready mixed concrete supplied by Edgar Readymix (tel. 01482 712684). The saw cut joints were then cut the following morning and sealed with Instant Seal 101 unique joint sealant system.

Main contractor Roche Civil Engineering Ltd carries out a lot of concreting works using their own labour force, however due to the speed and quality of Nationwide Concrete Flooring’s laying and finishing processes together with a cost effective pricing policy, the decision to sub contract the project was made easier.
