Pro Flooring Letter thanking Nationwide Diamond Concrete Flooring
Nationwide Diamond Group recently received this letter from Sean Morton of Pro Flooring in thanks of the ‘friendly and professional service’ he received. Here is the text in full:
Dear Jon
I felt compelled to write and express my thanks for all your hard work in assisting me on a very last minute job in December. I telephoned you late on a Friday afternoon, the week before Christmas, enquiring whether you were able to help in uplifiting 600 square metres of screed from a factory floor by Monday at 12 noon! Impossible you would think?
I was put straight through to you and you were able to tell me straight away the work was possible and two men were on route from East Yorkshire to Bournemouth within a couple of hours.
The men who were sent had to work in appalling conditions. It was freezing cold and the amount of dust made the work extremely difficult as visibility was very poor! Your men worked very hard, only stopping for short tea breaks. They were not only hard working but friendly and competent, working quickly to ensure the deadline was met.
I would like to thank you and your employees for a friendly and professional service.
